[Chapter 1: General Provisions]

Article 1 [Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users for membership registration and service use of services operated by KimHwalanMuseenef.

Article 2 (Definition)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' is also used to mean a business operator operating a virtual business site and site set up so that the company can trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users.

②'User' refers to members and non-members who receive the services provided by'KimHwalanMuseenef' in accordance with this agreement.

③'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to'KimHwalanMuseenef', who continuously receives the information of'KimHwalanMuseenef' and can continue to use the services provided by'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

④'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by'KimHwalanMuseenef' without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Specification and revision of the terms and conditions)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' posts the contents of this agreement, company name, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial service screen of the site so that users can know.

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Basic Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act. ③ When'KimHwalanMuseenef' revises the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the amendment shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the site along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.

④ If'KimHwalanMuseenef' revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions are applied only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions before the amendment are applied to contracts already signed before that date. However, if a user who has already signed a contract transmits the intention to receive the application of the revised terms and conditions to'KimHwalanMuseenef' within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph 3 and obtains the consent of'KimHwalanMuseenef', the revised terms and conditions apply. ⑤ Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the e-commerce consumer protection guidelines and related laws or commercial practices established by the government.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' provides the following services.

1.Providing information on goods or products and signing a purchase contract

2. Delivery of goods or products for which the purchase contract has been concluded

3.Other services determined by KimHwalanMuseenef

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' may change the contents of the goods or products to be provided by contracts to be concluded in the event of a product being sold out or technical specifications changed.

③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user to be provided by'KimHwalanMuseenef' are changed for reasons such as the out of stock or change in technical specifications,'KimHwalanMuseenef' shall not compensate the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if'KimHwalanMuseenef' has intentional or negligence.

Article 5 (suspension of service)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disruption of communication.

② In case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1,'KimHwalanMuseenef' will notify the user in the manner specified in Article 8.

③'KimHwalanMuseenef' does not compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the service for the reasons in paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if'KimHwalanMuseenef' has intentional or negligence.

[Chapter 2 Membership Agreement]

Article 6 (member registration)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' users apply for membership by filling in their member information after expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions according to the registration form set by'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' is registered as a member of the users who apply to join as a member as described in Paragraph 1, unless it falls under any of the following items.

1. If the applicant for subscription has previously lost membership in accordance with Article 7 (3) of these Terms and Conditions

2. However, exceptions are made in cases where 3 years have passed since the loss of membership in accordance with Article 7 (3), and approval for re-registration of the site has been obtained.

3. In case there is false information, omission or mistake in registration

4. When it is judged that registering as another member is significantly impeding the technology of KimHwalanMuseenef

③ The membership contract is concluded when the user completes the membership application procedure unless there is a notification of rejection of the application by'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

④ If there is a change in the registration information pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member shall immediately notify the change to'KimHwalanMuseenef' by e-mail or other means.

Article 7 (member withdrawal and loss of qualification, etc.)

① Members can request withdrawal from'KimHwalanMuseenef' at any time, and KimHwalanMuseenef immediately handles withdrawal.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons,'KimHwalanMuseenef' may limit or suspend membership.

1. In case false information is registered at the time of application for subscription

2. In the case of not paying the debts borne by the member in connection with the use of'KimHwalanMuseenef' or other'KimHwalanMuseenef' on the due date for goods or goods purchased using'KimHwalanMuseenef'

3. In the case of threats to the order of electronic transactions, such as interfering with other people's use of'KimHwalanMuseenef' or stealing the information

4. In case of using'KimHwalanMuseenef' to act against public order and morals or prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions

③'KimHwalanMuseenef' may lose membership if the same action is repeated twice or more after the membership is restricted or suspended, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.

④ If'KimHwalanMuseenef' loses membership, membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member is notified and given an opportunity to explain before the member registration is cancelled.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

① When'KimHwalanMuseenef' notifies a member, it can be done with the e-mail address submitted by the member to'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' can be substituted for individual notification by posting it on the'KimHwalanMuseenef' bulletin board for more than one week in case of notification to a large number of unspecified members.

[Chapter 3 Purchase Agreement]

Article 9 (purchase application)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' users apply for purchase on'KimHwalanMuseenef' by the following method.

Article 10 (Conclusion of contract)

② The contract is deemed to have been established when the consent of'KimHwalanMuseenef' reaches the user in the form of acknowledgment notification in Article 12, Paragraph 1.

[Chapter 4 Payment]

Article 11 (Payment Method)

The payment method for goods or products purchased at'KimHwalanMuseenef' can be done in one of the following subparagraphs.

- Bank Transfer

-Credit card payment

-Online non-bankbook deposit

① Payment methods that members can use to purchase products include credit card, online remittance, and cyber cash.

② Credit cards can be used after registering with the member's consent.

③Online remittance is a method in which a member directly deposits money into Hwang Yoon-gyu (KimHwalanMuseenef) account.

④ Cyber ​​Cash can be used like cash in'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

-Cyber ​​Cash Regulations

① Cyber ​​Cash is an electronic money that can be used like cash within the'KimHwalanMuseenef' site.

② Cyber ​​Cash is automatically accumulated when purchasing items from'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

③ Cyber ​​Cash accumulated at the time of purchase cannot be refunded in cash.

④ Cyber ​​Cash can be used with cash or credit cards. Example) When purchasing a product worth KRW 10,000, if there is a KRW 1,000 cyber cash, only KRW 9,000 is paid by cash or credit card.

⑤ If you use Cyber ​​Cash with other payment methods, Cyber ​​Cash will be used first.

⑦ If you withdraw a member, all cyber cash will be destroyed.

Article 12 (Notification of receipt confirmation, change and cancellation of purchase application)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' will notify the user of receipt when there is a purchase request from the user.

② The user who has received the receipt confirmation notice may request change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of intention.

③'KimHwalanMuseenef' will be processed according to the request without delay when there is a request for change or cancellation of the user's purchase application before delivery.

[Chapter 5 KimHwalanMuseenef and User's Obligations]

Article 14 (Personal Information Protection)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract when collecting user information. The following items are required, and other items are optional.

⑦'KimHwalanMuseenef' or a third party who has received personal information from it, destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information is achieved.

Article 15 (Company's Obligation)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' does not act against public order and morals or prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions.

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' shall do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably in accordance with these terms and conditions.

③'KimHwalanMuseenef' must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.

④'KimHwalanMuseenef' shall be liable to compensate users for damages caused by unreasonable display or advertisement prescribed in Article 3 of the 「Act on Fair Display and Advertisement」 for goods or services.

⑤'KimHwalanMuseenef' does not send commercial e-mails that users do not want.

Article 16 (Obligation for Member's ID and Password)

① Except in the case of Article 15, members are responsible for managing ID and password.

② Members should not let a third party use their ID and password.

③ Members are responsible for damages caused by insufficient management of ID and password, user's negligence, and third party use.

④ If you realize that your ID and password have been stolen or used by a third party, immediately notify'KimHwalanMuseenef' and follow the instructions of'KimHwalanMuseenef'.

Article 17 (User's Obligation)

The user should not conduct the following.

① Registration of false information when applying or changing

② Change of information posted on'KimHwalanMuseenef'

③ Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than those specified by'KimHwalanMuseenef'

④ Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyright of'KimHwalanMuseenef' and other third parties

⑤'KimHwalanMuseenef' or other acts that damage the reputation of a third party or interfere with business

⑥ Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information contrary to public order and morals on the site

[Chapter 6 Others]

Article 18 (relationship between the connected'site' and the connected'site')

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' is not responsible for guaranteeing the products provided by the linked site or transactions with users by means of products.

Article 19 (restriction of copyright and use)

Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)

①'KimHwalanMuseenef' installs and operates a damage compensation processing mechanism to reflect the legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.

②'KimHwalanMuseenef' handles complaints and opinions submitted by users first.

③ However, if it is difficult to promptly process Article 20 (2), the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.

④ Disputes between'KimHwalanMuseenef' and users may be subject to the mediation of the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree.

Article 21 (jurisdiction and governing law)

① A lawsuit concerning an electronic transaction dispute between'KimHwalanMuseenef' and a user is filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

② The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between'KimHwalanMuseenef' and users.

Article 22 (rules other than the terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are governed by the Basic Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and other related laws.
